The Paint tab contains a grid allowing you to record details about exterior paints applied to the building. A sample of the grid appears below. You can sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.
Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:
Record the Date Painted. This is required in order to save the record.
Use the fields provided to indicate who painted the building's exterior as well as record details about the paint used.
Several user-defined fields are included. Use these fields to record additional information as needed.
Save and close the record. It will be added to the Paint grid.
