Views

The LiveData is joined to the ArcMap layers using views that are created on-the-fly in the GBAWork database.

When a user uses either of the View Live Data tools and selects a filter, the system checks for any existing View for that filter and drops it if it exists. The system creates a new view with the filter the user selected in the View Live Work Order or Request Layers tools.

• Lucity_USER.GIS_WKORDER is a view that returns all work orders without a filter.
• Lucity_USER.GIS_WKREQ is a view that returns all requests without a filter.
• Lucity_USER.G_WKORDER? is a view built using a canned filter that the user selected for work orders. The Number at the end of the view name corresponds to the ID for the canned filter stored in our database.
