Reset Password

Each user with a login ID can define their own password. To change your password, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Help > Reset Password from the main menu and the following window will appear:

    password

  2. Type in your old password in the field provided.
  3. Then, type in your new password twice to confirm the change.

    Note: Passwords in Lucity are limited to 14 characters.

  4. Click OK. The password changes will be applied. Next time you login to Lucity, make sure to use your new password.
