This process will allow you to track work orders against particular custom features (e.g. street segments). If you want to view the feature in the map from the work order, make sure that you have the map project you are using assigned in: System > Configuration > GIS > Show In Map > ArcMap Project for Display. Once you do, you can right click on that particular feature (e.g. street segment) in the Asset Grid of the work order and select "View Asset in Map". It should open up your map project, zoom in and highlight that feature.
