Custom web links can be added to the Dashboard. These links are user specific. For example, you may want to include a link to the Web Help Guide (http://help.lucity.com/webhelp/gbamsweb/v720). This guide contains end-user instruction on the Dashboard, Web, and Web Citizen applications.
Click the Add button beside the Links grid.
Type the Display Text in the field provided. The user will click on this text to access the link.
Enter the URL in the text field provided. Absolute and Relative paths are accepted (e.g. Absolute path: http://www.Lucity.com/). You can also include mailto links allowing users to send email directly from the web (e.g. mailto:help@lucity.com).
Click OK to accept the settings.
The Links will be added to the drop-down list in the dashboard toolbar. A sample of this Links list as it appears on the Dashboard is shown below:
