The Apply Batch Template function allows you to apply Dashboard Templates to multiple users at a single time.
On the Dashboard/Preferences dialog, click the Apply Batch Template button. The following dialog will appear:
You can apply templates to either New or Existing Users.
Select the Existing Users radio button to display a list of all users with currently defined Dashboards. Applying templates to these users will overwrite their current Dashboard/Preferences.
Select the New Users radio button to display a list of all users who do not currently have a Dashboard defined.
Select an individual User from the left-hand list. Then, use the right arrow button to add that user to the "Users for Template" center grid. Repeat this process for additional users as needed. You can use the left arrow button to remove a user from the "Users for Template" grid.
Highlight a Template in the right-hand list. Click the Preview Template button to display the Template settings.
Click Apply Template. The following message will appear warning you that the selected Template will overwrite the current Dashboard settings for all selected users. If you'd like to continue, click Yes.
