PM Resource - Material Kits Fields

The fields described below have special functions. For a complete list of available fields, see the Lucity Data Dictionary.

Material Kit **

Indicates the unique ID for the kit.

Alt Description

Displays a secondary description for the material kit.

*Required.

*Must be unique.

Units

Indicates the actual number of units of the kit that will be used to accomplish the task.

Carried over to the Work Order > Task > Material Kit's Units field.
If using in conjunction with Parts Inventory, note that when the units are added to the Work Order, they are automatically dispersed from the inventory.

Estimated Units

Indicates the estimated number of units that may be used on the task Units.

Unit of Measure

Indicates the quantity and type of measurement for the kit. (For example, 1 each, 2 boxes, 1 container, etc.)

Account #

Specifies the account number associated with the kit's use on this task.

Proj No - Acct

Specifies the project number associated with the kit's use on this task.
