Directs Lucity to update the following budget-related fields on the selected Fiscal Year record on demand:

Remaining Budget
% of FY Completed
% of Budget Used
% Over/Under
Note: This Toolkit function allows you to update the calculations on-demand; however, Lucity also updates these calculations each night through Lucity Nightly Tasks.
Open the Work > Planning and Budgeting > Fiscal Year module.
Select the Fiscal Year record for which you want to recalculate budget totals.
Click the Toolkit , then select Recalculate Fiscal Year Totals | Selected Record. A prompt appears asking you to confirm that you want to run the Toolkit for the selected Fiscal Year.
Select OK. Lucity updates the values for the following fields on the selected Fiscal Year record:
Expended Budget
Remaining Budget
% of FY Completed
% of Budget Used
% Over/Under
Replicate Fiscal Year | Selected Record
Streamlines the process of creating records for a new fiscal year by duplicating child records from a previous Fiscal Year under an existing, new Fiscal Year. Specifically, Lucity duplicates:
Department records,
Department > Availability records,
Planned Task records, and
Planned Task > Resource records.
Note: You must create the new Fiscal Year record before you can run this Toolkit.
Open the Work > Planning and Budgeting > Fiscal Year module.
Select the new Fiscal Year record to which you want to copy another year's information.
Click the Toolkit,then select Replicate Fiscal Year | Selected Record. The following pop up appears, asking you to confirm that you want to copy data to this record:
Click OK. A pop-up similar to the following appears with a list of Fiscal Year records available to copy:
Select the Fiscal Year whose information you want copied to the new Fiscal Year record.
Click Select. Lucity replicates the following child records under the new Fiscal Year record:
