Toolkits

The Warehouse Inventory > Parts > History grid contains the following Toolkits:

Adjust Cost Per Unit | Selected Record

Important: This toolkit has the potential to change the Part's Average Cost.

In the Part Warehouses > Parts module, click the to expand the desired Parts record.
Click the Toolkit in the History grid and select the Adjust Cost Per Unit | Selected Record tool. The following pop-up appears:
Click OK. The following pop-up appears:
Enter the New Cost/Unit (required).
- If the current quantity is greater than 0, then changing this value will recalculate the part's average cost. Important: Once this toolkit has been run, these changes cannot be undone.
Enter the part's Reference Number.
Click OK. The Part's Costs are updated and appear in the grid.

Change PO Number | Selected Record

Changes the Purchase Order (PO) Number that displays in the Part's History grid.

In the Part Warehouses > Parts module, click the to expand the desired Part Warehouse record.
Open the History grid and select the History record for which you want to change the PO Number.
Click the Toolkit in the History grid and select the Change PO Number| Selected Record tool. The following pop-up appears:
Enter a New Reference number (required) for a different PO.
Click OK. The Parts > History record displays the updated PO Number.
