Open the Warehouse Inventory > Parts Warehouse module.
Select the Warehouses record from which you want to move part(s).
Click the Toolkit and select Warehouse to Warehouse Parts Transfer for Selected Record. The following pop-up appears:
Select a Destination Warehouse that you want to move parts to.
Select a Destination Warehouse Location that you want to send parts to (for example, Room 1).
Select the Parts to be transferred to choose which parts you will pull from the warehouse. A pick-list of available Parts appears.
You can use the fields at the top of the columns to filter your selections. This makes it possible to search by location ID or one specific part.
Use CTRL + click to select the desired Part(s).
Click Select.
Select the Transaction Description to enter a description.
Select the Transfer Start Date to select a date of the part(s) transfer.
Enter an Account.
If the Default Transaction Account Number from To Warehouse in Whse Transfer Tools work option is on, and the To Warehouse contains an Account Number, that value will populate here but can be changed.
Click Ok.
Enter Quantity to Transfer to identify how many parts you want to pull from your From Warehouse and put into the New Warehouse.
Click Ok. The tool will run. The parts now exist in the new location.
How to transfer Parts from one Warehouse to another
and select Warehouse to Warehouse Parts Transfer for Selected Record. The following pop-up appears:
