Lucity has the ability to warn users if the Asset that they are either creating a new Work Order for or attaching to an open Work Order is already attached to a different, open Work Order.
When a user attempts to attach one or more Assets to a Work Order, the system checks whether those Assets are already attached to another open Work Order (i.e., Status < 950).
If any of the Assets are already attached to an open Work Order, a pop-up similar to the following appears:
To proceed to add the listed Assets on the current Work Order, mark the Include assets option and click OK.
To exclude the listed Assets from the current Work Order, mark the Don't include assets option and click OK.
The system adds any Assets that are not already attached to an open Work Order to the current Work Order, no matter what option the user selects.
