Allows you to manually generate a new Work Order for the selected Resulting Task in cases in which the Resulting Task does not have the Automatically create Work Order using End Date option enabled or you want to produce the Work Order immediately.
Click the to expand the desired Work Order record.
In the Resulting Task grid, select the Resulting Task record for which you want to create a Work Order.
Click the Toolkit in the Resulting Task grid,then select Create Resulting Work Order | Selected Record. The system asks you to confirm that you want to run the toolkit.
Click OK. Lucity creates a new Work Order for the selected Resulting Task and opens it in a new tab, allowing you to edit and complete fields as desired.
The Resulting Task is listed as the Main Task on the new Work Order. Any default data associated with the Task (through Task Setup)appears in the form, and any default Sub-Tasks, Resources, etc., appear in the Work Order's child grids.
You'll also find that the new Work Order's WO Number appears in the original Work Order's Resulting Task grid.
Go To Resulting Work Order | Selected Record
Opens the existing Work Order generated from the selected Resulting Task.
Click the to expand the desired Work Order record.
In the Resulting Task grid, select the desired Resulting Task record.
Click the Toolkit in the Resulting Task grid,then select Go To Resulting Work Order | Selected Record. The system asks you to confirm that you want to run the toolkit.
Click OK. Lucity opens the desired Work Order in a new tab.
