Lucity's Work system automatically keeps track of many changes in the nature of a Work Order. It generates records for:

• Work Order creation/completion
• Request association/disassociation
• Work Clock starts/stops
• Category changes *
• Problem changes *
• Task changes *
• Priority changes *
• Status changes *
• Supervisor changes *
• Leadworker changes *
• Crew changes *
• Department changes *
• Division changes * 
• Email Notifications
• Follow-up Date changes *
• Resulting Work Order creation *
• Asset record deletions*

* - Tracking for these items can be enabled/disabled in Lucity's Work Options.

Tracking Grid

A Work Order's Tracking grid stores all Tracking records in the order in which they were generated. Tracking records are automatically created by the system. They cannot be modified.
