Open the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Task Setup module.
Click the to expand the Task record to which you want to add Equipment.
Click the Toolkit in the Equipment grid and select Add Multiple Equipment. The following pop-up opens:
Select the Equipment you want to add to the Task record. Equipment is a required field. Use CTRL + click to select the desired Equipment items.
Press Select.
Provide the number of Units. The Units fields enables you to enter how much of the resource was used whether it is the number of hours, feet, etc. Documenting resource quantities enables you to accurately reorder resources and calculate costs.
Click OK to save the record. The new Equipment now appears in the Equipment grid.
