Rectangle Selection

Draw a box in the map to automatically select everything located within that box.

Point Selection

Click on a location within the map to automatically select everything at that point.

Selection Drop-down

Lists the layers that have assets within the current selection. Select a layer to run any of the following tools against the selected features in that layer.

Zoom to Selection

Zooms to the features indicated in the Selection drop-down box.

Open Data Table

Opens the Data table and displays the GIS data for selected records. Each layer appears in a separate tab.

Open Lucity Record

Opens the form for the related Lucity record. Only available if a single record is selected.

Open Module View

Opens the Data table and displays the Lucity data for selected records. Each layer appears in a separate tab.

Relationships *

Lists the Lucity modules with records that relate to the record selected in the grid.

Property Viewer

Displays a list of records that have the same address as the current record. This only appears when a single record is selected.

Note: This uses the address stored in in Lucity.

Documents

Enables users to view Documents attached to a highlighted feature and/or attach new Documents.

Manage Subsets *

Enables users to add, edit, and delete Subsets, which are specific groups of records.

Create Inspection *

Creates an Inspection for the selected asset.

Create Request *

Creates a Request for a highlighted asset.

Create Work Order *

Creates a Work Order for all highlighted assets.

Create PM/Template *

Produces a new PM/Template for the selected records or the chosen filterset.

Attach to Work Order

Attaches highlighted assets to an existing Work Order.

Attach to PM/Template

Attaches the selected assets to an existing PM as a PM Asset.

Collapse

Expand

Collapses/expands the Selection Toolbar.
