1. In the Survey Site Inventory module click the button.
2. Fill out the Survey Site ID. (required) This must be unique.
3. Enter a Name for the Survey Site.
4. Fill out the Address information for the site.
5. Use the following fields to link the site other infrastructure
   • Alt Conduit ID
   • Structure #
   • Detention Basin
6. Complete other fields as desired.
7. Click the button to save the record. The new record appears in the grid.

Method 1

1. Open the Survey Site Inventory module.
2. Select the Survey Site you want to add an inspection to.
3. Click the button to expand the record.
4. Select the Inspections grid and click the button. A new record appears using the selected Survey Site ID.

1. Open the Survey Site Inspection module.
2. Click the button. A new record appears.
3. Enter or select a Survey Site ID. (required)
4. Continue to Filling out The Record...

Filling out the Record

1. Fill out the Inspection Date (required).
   • The combination of Survey Site ID and Inspection Date must form a unique combination.
2. Complete other fields as desired.
3. Use the Maintenance Requested or Needs Repair fields to automatically create a request or work order for the site.
4. Click the button to save the record. The new Inspection record appears in the grid.
