Assets Grid

This module allows you to create one PM template for multiple assets.  By using this grid, you can include a group of assets that will be identified with the PM being created.  Each asset loaded into the grid will be given a unique PM Group ID.  

Once you've added assets to the grid, you can group the assets or leave them as individuals.  This serves two distinct purposes:

• If you choose to group the assets, they will be given a collective PM Group ID and will generate one work order for the entire group.
• Alternatively, if you leave the assets as individuals, each will keep its own unique PM Group ID, and a separate work order will be generated for each.

  Note: You can group the assets in this grid only if the Grouped Assets checkbox is selected in the header when the PM is created.
