Payroll Admin Management

This tool is designed to provide control over which user's timesheets the payroll admins are able to see. By default payroll admins are allowed to see the timesheets for all users. With this tool their view can be restricted to see timesheets for users in select departments.

Launching Payroll Admin Management

To manage Payroll Admins, click the Web_dashboard timesheet icon button in the App Toolbar, then select Payroll Admin from the drop-down list. Payroll admin management will only appear if the Department Specific Payroll Admins work option is enabled.

 security A user must have the Admin > Lucity Admin > Run permission to access the Payroll Admin Management function.

Payroll Admin List

A drop down list of Payroll Admin users. (Allowed to Approve and Lock timesheets)

Department Grid

Lists all configured pay periods.

Save

Saves all changes made in the tool.

Done

Closes the Payroll Admin Management tool.

How to change a Payroll Admin's permissions
