Control Valve Inspections
The Recycled Water program's Control Valve Inspection module is designed specifically to document inspections of control valves in the recycled water system.
Common Tasks
To access this module, select Water > Recycled Water > Control Valves > Control Valve Inspections .
Method 1: From the Recycled Control Valve Inventory Module
Open the Recycled Control Valves module. Click the Valve record to which you want to add an inspection. Select the Inspection grid and click the Valve Number . Continue to Filling Out the Record... Method 2: From the Recycled Control Valve Inspection Module
Open the Recycled Control Valve > Control Valves Inspections module. Click the Enter or select the Valve Number for the valve being inspected (required). Continue to Filling Out the Record... Filling out the Record
Enter the Inspection Date (required).The combination of Valve Number and Inspection Date must form a unique combination. If the valve is being exercised, check the Exercised box, enter the Exercised Date , and the Number of Turns . Complete other fields as desired. Check the Maintenance Requested or Needs Repair fields to automatically create a Request or Work Order for the valve. Click the Inspection record appears in the grid.
