Method 1

1. Open the Water Flushing Route module.
2. Click to expand the Flushing Route you are flushing and select the Flushing History grid.
3. Click the button. A new Flushing History record opens with the Route ID for the selected route.
4. Complete other fields as desired.
5. Click the button to save the record.

Method 2

1. Open the Water Flushing History module.
2. Click the button. The Flushing History form appears.
3. Enter or select the Route ID for the Route you are flushing.
4. Complete other fields as desired.
5. Click the button to save the record.

   Note: Flushing History records can also be created using the Flushing Route Toolkits.

This allows you to add additional hydrants on the fly that weren't included in the flushing route.

1. Click the button to expand the Flushing History record to which you want to add a Hydrant.
2. Select the Hydrants grid and click the button. The Hydrants form appears.
3. Select a Hydrant Number (required).
4. Complete other fields as desired.

   Note: The system completes several fields automatically using data from the related Hydrant record.

5. Click the button to save the record.

1. Click the button to expand the Flushing History record to which you want to add a Valve.
2. In the Hydrants grid, click the button to expand the Hydrant to which you want to associate the Valve.
3. Select the Hydrant's Valves grid and click the button. The Valves form opens.
4. Select a Valve Number (required).
5. Complete other fields as desired.
6. Click the button to save the record.

1. Click the button to expand the Flushing History record to which you want to add a Pipe.
2. In the Hydrants grid, click the button to expand the Hydrant that you want to associate with the Pipe.
3. Select the Hydrant's Pipes grid and click the button. The Pipes form opens.
4. Select a Pipe Number (required).
5. Complete other fields as desired.
6. Click the button to save the record.
