Permissions List

The types of security permissions found in the Lucity suite fall into the following categories (use the links to explore each in greater depth):

• Standard Permissions are applied to multiple modules throughout the Lucity Security system. These permissions have the same general purpose in each module.
• Module-Specific Permissions are only applicable to certain modules. They allow users to access special functions available in select modules.
• Administration Permissions control users' access to and use of the Lucity Administration and Lucity Security tools.
• Lucity App Permissions control users' access to and modification of Lucity Web applications.
• GIS Permissions control users' access to a number of Lucity GIS tools.
• Mobile Permissions control users' access to the Lucity Mobile platforms.

Each of these permissions control access to one or more Lucity program. Icons indicate which Lucity program(s) the permissions affect.

Note: Some users may notice permissions in the Security program that do not appear in this guide. Such permissions are no longer used.
