The Attributes tab is used to specify the pump station's location, power provider, voltage and phase details, wet well data, its cleaning schedule and other miscellaneous information.
Several fields with special functionality are described below:
Linked and Integration Fields

This field links the pump station to a building in the Buildings module. The Sewer module's Integration with the Facility option must be turned on to allow users to manually enter data in this field. Note: If this field is populated, all equipment attached to the pump station and the attached pumps will also appear in the Equipment tab of the associated building record. In addition, all equipment attached to the building will show up on the Pump Station record.
Note: If an agency does not own Facilities or they have the Integration with Facility option turned off, this field might still be automatically populated. This is done to allow Equipment records to be linked to the pump station. In this situation when Equipment is linked to the pump station a record is created in the Building table with a Building ID like 123EquipmentLink. This Building ID is then added to the Alt Bldg No field on the pump station. |
Address and General Location fields |
Address and general location of the pump station. This information is carried over from the selected structure's Inventory record. If this field was left empty in the structure's inventory record, then it will remain empty in the pump station record. |
Plant ID |
Links the Sewer Pump Station Inventory record to a record in the Plant Inventory. The equipment record is actually linked to a Plant Process record but this field must be filled out before the Process field. Click on the field name or press F9 within a field for a list of vehicles. |
Process |
Links the Sewer Pump Station Inventory record to a record in the Plant Process Inventory. The Plant ID field must be filled out before this field can be. Click on the field name or press F9 within a field for a list of vehicles. |
Cleaning Fields
Last Cleaning Date |
Date of the last cleaning. |
Next Cleaning Date |
Date of the next scheduled cleaning. This date can be manually added or auto-calculated based on the Clean Freq and Cleaning Freq Units fields. |
Cleaning Freq |
How often the pump station should be cleaned. The type of units this number identifies is stored in the Cleaning Freq Units field. |
Cleaning Freq Units |
Measure of time (e.g., weeks, months, etc...) referred to in the Cleaning Freq field. |
