Key Hook

The Facility module contains several property key management modules allowing facility operations to track and organize facility keys.  These modules track keys to doors and furnishings as well as their status with employees and others.  The Key Hook module allows you to issue keys to individual employees, record dates issued and dates due, as well as track key inventory.  In addition, this module is integrated with the Individual Keys module.  Keys issued to employees in that module will be reflected here.

To access the Key Hook module, select Facility > Key Hook and the following window will appear.
