The Fleet module has the ability to send out notifications to vehicle operators. These module tracks the notifications sent out for each vehicle.

Email Notification Fields
These is a field on the fleet record that has to do with the assets operational status.
Operator Email |
Indicates the operator's e-mail address. When an address is provided, the operator automatically receives related fleet notifications. |
Tracking Grid
The Tracking grid is read-only. It maintains a record of all e-mail notifications sent to vehicle operators.
This grid is automatically updated using the Fleet Inventory > Send Email Notification Toolkits.
