These are fields on the Hourmeter Rollback Record that have special functionality.

Prior Meter Reading *	The hourmeter reading at the time prior to the rollback.
New Meter Reading *	The hourmeter reading at the time after the rollback.
Reset Date *	The date the rollback occurred.
