Vehicle History

Each tire record contains a history of what vehicle it was attached to, where it was attached, and the condition of the tire.

Vehicle History Grid

The Vehicle History grid stores a list of historical records.

Records added directly into this grid only allow updates to the current status of the tire.
To install/remove a tire from a vehicle you must use the Tires... toolkits in the Fleet Inventory module.

Click this button to open a form view of the record.

Vehicle History Record Fields

Special Function Fields

Fleet ID **	The vehicle that the tire is currently assigned to. This is read-only and is automatically filled out from the fleet record.
Date **	The date of the history record.
Time **	The time of the history record.
Odometer	The vehicle's odometer at the time the history record was created.
Action	Indicates why the history record was created. ie. Inspection, Repair, etc...
Vehicle Position	Where the tire is on the vehicle. This is read-only and is automatically filled out from the fleet record.
Tread Depth	The thickness of the current tread. This automatically updates the Tread Depth field on the tire record.
