This section of the manual is designed for advanced users who are using advanced filters for reporting or creating their own custom report using Crystal Reports software.
Note: Lucity software (versions 6.71 and up) is compatible with Crystal Reports versions 7 or higher. However, Crystal Reports has its own limitations as far as opening a report in another version (Crystal Reports 9 and 10 can open a report created with Crystal Reports XI. However, new functionality from Crystal Reports XI may not be available in Crystal Reports 9 and 10. Crystal Reports 8.5 and lower versions cannot open a report created with Crystal Reports versions 9-11).
