Lucity no longer uses HTML reports. Instead, we use Crystal Reports to show linked images. To modify or create a new image report, Crystal Reports XI (or a higher version) must be used. A sample report with linked images is available at [Lucity Server Directory]\Reports\Sewer\TVInspctImg.rpt.
If you are using Relative Document Pathing, you must include a String parameter with the following name: LucityMSDOCPATH. The desktop application will pass the appropriate document path into this parameter so you can properly link images in the report.
Note: Our image reports work with the following image types: bmp, tiff, pcx, tga, jpg, pict, png.
