To analyze inspection ratings, users may run reports that display a group of pipes based on their condition. The report data can then be used to determine where there are obvious breakpoints in condition.
How To Create a Report Based on the Structural Rating
Open the TV Inspection module.
Create a filter to identify the inspections you wish to analyze by sorting the records by Structural Rating in descending order.
Click Go. The record set will open.
Click on the module toolbar to open the Report window.
Select the TV Line Summary report. Then, choose Current Filter, and click View Report. The worst pipes will appear at the top of the report.
Note: To export the report as a PDF or tab-delimited file for use in an spreadsheet program, click Export Report instead of View Report.
Note: To analyze the Flow and Cleaning ratings, complete steps 1-5 again, but sort by Flow Rating or Cleaning Rating.
