Certifications

The Certifications tab contains a grid listing all certificate information that was logged for this employee in the Certification module. A sample of the grid appears below. You can sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order

There are three ways to access the Certification records:

  1. Double click on any record.  This will open the record directly.
  2. Highlight a listing in the grid and then Right-click and select View Record.
  3. Access the records from the main menu bar by selecting Work > Employee Cert/Classes > Certifications.

    Note: If the "Supervisor Manages Certification"s feature is turned on in Work Options, only the employee's supervisor as indicated on the General tab will be able to add, edit, or delete certification information. The system will check the supervisor's login ID to ensure that only the authorized individual has access to these records.
