Sewer Notifications

Several Sewer modules give users the ability to send out notifications. Notifications could be used to quickly alert multiple parties that an overflow that has occurred or to advise a single contact that an inspection is coming up.

• Sewer Overflows
  • Sends emails to sewer overflow investigators.
• Sewer Fog Facilities
  • Sends emails to contacts at and owners of facilities with FOG agreements.
• Sewer IPT Facilities
  • Send emails to contacts at and owners of industrial pretreatment facilities.

For these notifications to work, Notifications Templates must first be created in the General > Notification Setup module.
