Clicking the button in the Additional Time grid allows users to edit that grid. Users can add as many new work tasks as needed to each pay period.
Cancel Edit |
Cancels any edits made and exits edit mode. |

Add New Task |
Adds a new Task line. |

Save Edits |
Saves all edits and exits edit mode. |

Copy Records |
Copies all Task records from the previous pay period. |

Delete Task |
Deletes the selected Task. |
Note: There are several different types of Timesheets. Each one has a different set of fields, and different requirements. This guide shows all of the available fields.
Note: Fields that have "Allow Data Entry" disabled in the Desktop application cannot be used in the Timesheet. For example, if the Class Text field is globally set to be read-only in the Desktop, that field cannot be written to in the Timesheet application.
