Administration permissions control various administration tasks.

General - Edit

Allows users to delete/manipulate activation records in the System > Activation Manager section of the Administration Tool.

Run

Allows users to access the System > Activation Manager section of the Administration Tool.

Groups

Run

Allows users to access the Security > Assign Groups to Forms section of the Administration Tool, where they may control which security groups can access which web forms.

Security Admin

Run

Allows users to log into the Lucity Security program and modify permissions.

System Configuration

Run

Allows users to access Program Options and ActiveX/OCX Controls under the System > Configuration in Lucity Desktop.

Allows users to log into the Lucity Administration Tool and access the following menus:

  • System (except for Settings)
  • Dashboard
  • Navigation
  • Forms
  • Reports
  • Security

Lucity Desktop

System Settings

General - Edit

Allows users to edit settings in the System > Settings section of the Administration Tool. System > Settings affect all of an agency's Lucity users.

Run

Allows users to access the System > Settings section of the Administration Tool.

Users

General - Add

Allows users to add new users into Lucity Security.
