Conversations Tab

This tab contains a grid allowing you to log any conversations regarding the illicit discharge.

To add a conversation log, complete the following steps:

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:

   

2. Record the business name, contact person, phone number, and conversation date.
3. Record any additional notes including the topics discussed in the conversation in the large text field provided.
4. Click to save the record.
5. Click to escape Add Mode.
6. Click to close the window.
