At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to select the structure from the Storm Structure Inventory module with which this Illicit Discharge is associated. Press F9 to access the pick list. |
Structure Rec # |
Once you select a Structure # in the above field, the system will automatically enter the Storm Structure Auto-ID in this field. |
