Document Upload Setup

The Document Upload functionality in Lucity Web, Citizen Portal, and Lucity Mobile lets users upload documents to the Lucity Web Server and attach them to a Lucity record. This topic covers how to configure the Document Upload feature for different parts of the Lucity application.

Document Processing And Storage

Uploaded documents are added to and processed by the Lucity Document Server. The files are loaded to the locations specified on the System > Settings > Documents tab.

How To Configure Lucity Web for Document Upload

  1. Complete the Document Control Setup.
  2. Install the Document Server.
  3. In the Administration Tool > System > Settings > Documents tab, complete the following fields:

The Upload button is now enabled in the Document Control tool.
