Managing Caches

Web Caches hold data (like configuration information) that is used often, but changes infrequently. Caching data improves the application's performance. However, when data is cached, some configuration changes do not immediately take effect in Lucity because the application is relying on the cached version of the data, rather than the most recent data. For the cached information to be updated, an administrator must clear the applications cache so that the program can once again download the newest data.
