The Fleet grid allows you to associate a vehicle from the Equipment Fleet Inventory module with this asset. To associate a vehicle, complete the following steps:
Right-click in the Fleet grid and select Add Record. The following window will open:
Press F9 to see the list of available vehicles.
Highlight the vehicle from the list and click "select."
Click to save this vehicle to the list. It will be now be added to the list in the grid.
To view the asset in the Fleet module, Right-click on the vehicle listing and select View Inventory Record. The Fleet module will be launched and opened directly to the associated record.
To create a work order for the associated asset, Right-click on the listing and select Create Work Order. The Work Order module will be launched and opened directly to the new record. You'll see the asset identified on the first tab of the work order as well as in the WO Asset grid.
