You can record many details about the asset in this tab. Among other things, you can include location, dimensions, area, and condition information. There will also be fields specific to each inventory asset, for example, in the Parking Lot Inventory module, you can record the number of regular and handicap parking stalls, capacity, surface, and base details.
Note: The Modular Equipment Component and Park Playground Equipment modules have an additional Modular Component Alt ID field used to set an ID for a group of related records. Users can then filter on these fields to locate all applicable equipment, create a subset, and create a work order for all records. For example, this may be used for related items in a play set (i.e. swing, monkey bars, slide).
