Testing Tab

The Testing Tab grid houses a list of all the inspection records for the backflow device.  A sample of the Testing grid appears below. You can sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order (circled in red below).  Click the heading again to change directions.

There are three ways to access the testing records:

1. Double click on any record.  This will open the record directly.
2. Right-click on any record to open a drop down menu.  The menu allows you to view, add, edit, or delete the record.
3. Access the records from the main menu bar by selecting Water > Backflow Preventers > Backflow Tests.

Once you access the record the Backflow Preventer Testing module will open. At the top of the Testing record you will see the Device Number from the Backflow Inventory module.  For additional information on the Backflow Tests module and its tabs, please reference the Backflow Tests help guide.
