Creating a Subset

1. Highlight the records in the grid that should be included in the subset.
2. Right-click and select Subset > Create Subset. The following pop-up appears:

   

3. Name the new subset. 

   Note: Click the green arrow to see a list of existing subset names. Duplicate names are not permitted.

4. Click OK to save the subset name.
