The Electric Customer Service module allows you to track information on your electric distribution system's customers. These may include residential, commercial, and industrial customers as well as assets such as street lights that create loads on the electrical system. You can record the customer contact and location information along with any work orders created for your customers.

To access the Customer Service module, select Electric > Customer Service and the following window will appear.
Note: You can view any field definition by Right-clicking + Ctrl in that field.
