Condition Ratings Tab

The Condition Ratings tab displays the Structural and O&M ratings for the inspected structure. These fields are populated by the system, based on data input from the Observation records.

Note: The Recalculate Filterset toolkit must be run to populate these fields.

Quick Rating Structural

Summarizes the structural results of the inspection. This rating is established using fields from the Observation records.

Quick Rating O&M

Summarizes the O&M results of the inspection. This rating is established using fields from the Observation records.

Quick Rating Total

Summarizes the overall the results of the inspection. This figure is established using fields from the Observation records.

Pipe Ratings Structural

Provides an overall Structural Rating for the entire sewer structure. It is a sum of all of the Structural Grade fields from all of the observations.

Pipe Ratings O&M

Provides an overall O&M Rating for the entire sewer structure. It is a sum of all of the O&M Grade fields from all of the observations.

Pipe Ratings Total

Provides an overall rating for the entire sewer structure. It is a sum of the Pipe Ratings Structural and Pipe Ratings O&M fields.

Rating Index Structural

Provides an average rating per structural defect.

Rating Index O&M

Provides an average rating per O&M defect.

Rating Index Total

Provides an average rating per defect.

At the bottom of this tab is a grid that displays all of the Observation records for the inspection.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to add a record.

Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.

Double-click on an existing record to open it.

Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following dialog will appear:
Record the Distance to the feature location. This distance can be measured in feet or meters.
Note: This field is required.
Use the MACP Code field to select a defect's Code/Description. Click the caption button or click in the find and press F9 for a picklist.
Note: These codes comply with the NAASCO MACP standards and are used to calculate the read-only Structural and O&M fields in this record.
