The Fleet Fuelings module is designed to store fueling records for vehicles in the Fleet Inventory. It also tracks the odometer reading of the vehicle and its fuel efficiency. The odometer reading may then be used to schedule preventative maintenance work orders and determine the warranty status, depreciation, and replacement costs of the vehicle. In addition to tracking fuel, this module also allows users to record other fluids used in the vehicle, such as oil or wiper fluid.

To access the Fleet Fuelings module, select Equipment > Fleet > Fleet Fuelings. The following window will appear.
