The Fleet modules provide a way to track fleet vehicles, vehicle inspections, and fueling records. Relationships between the Fleet module and other Lucity modules are illustrated below.
Module Relationships
Each Fleet record can be linked to many pieces of equipment.
Each Fleet record can be associated with multiple Fueling records.
Fluids established in the Work Flow Setup can be linked to each Fleet record through the Fueling records (e.g., gasoline, motor oil, etc.).
Each Fleet record can have multiple components and subcomponents linked to it that link it back to Work Flow Setup Materials.
Multiple warranties can be associated with each Fleet asset, as well as with each Fleet component and subcomponent.
Multiple Travel log entries can be linked to one Fleet asset.
