The List/Events tab features two grids: Checklist and Events.
The Checklist grid allows you to view, edit, or add to the checklist of items created in the Work Flow Setup Work Tasks module or PM/Work Template module.
The Events grid allows you to log actions or events pertaining to the work order. For example, you can log when you arrived on the site, when you left, when the problem was fixed, or any other event you want to track.
