The Building Inspection module stores information from home and business owners regarding previous/current flooding conditions, the status of sumps and sump pumps, and suspected sources of sewer infiltration and inflow identified during building inspections. The suspect sources can then be tracked using dyed-water testing. Results of dyed-water testing are logged in the External Source Observations record.
