Inspections Tab

At the top of this tab you'll see data carried over from the most recent inspection record. This includes the most recent inspection date, action taken at the time of the inspection, condition assessments for the signal head, and the recommended date for the next inspection. These fields are automatically updated each time a new inspection record is added.

This tab also records all previous inspections performed on a particular signal head.  You can sort inspection records by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

There are three ways to access the inspection records:

1. Double click on any record.  This will open the record directly.
2. Right-click on any record to open a drop down menu.  The menu allows you to view, add, edit, or delete the record.
3. Access the records from the main menu bar by selecting Transportation > Signal > Signal Heads > Signal Inspection.

Once you access the record the Signal Head Inspection module will open. At the top of the inspection record you will see header data relating to the inventory forms.  For further information on the Signal Head Inspection module and its tabs, please reference the Signal Head Inspection help guide.
