At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field is automatically entered by the system. This number uniquely identifies each room. |
Room ID |
This is a required, alphanumeric field that allows you to enter your own unique identifier for the room. If your agency does not use unique identifiers, you can use the F5 function to automatically populate this field with same value as in the Room Record No. field. |
Room Description |
This text field allows you to enter a brief description of the room. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the structure's active status. |
