The header fields contain general information to identify, describe, and locate each facility. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

This field allows users to create a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the tree. If an agency does not use unique identifiers, they can click in the field and hit F5 to auto-populate this field with the same value as in the Tree Rec # field. |
Status |
This field allows users to specify the tree's status (i.e. active, inactive). |
